Özgür Poyrazoğlu is a leadership development designer, coach, and facilitator who supports individuals and organizations on their transformation journeys. With over 30 years of professional experience, he brings together his background in communication, advertising, and marketing with his expertise in coaching and learning design.
He is the co-founder of Paramita Partners, where he delivers individual and team coaching, leadership development programs, cultural transformation projects, and experiential learning designs. His tailor-made interventions for organizations are enriched with methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, the Gestalt approach, team coaching, and other creative methodologies.
Özgür is also a trainer and facilitator at platforms such as Unlearn Academy, Emeritus, and Sabancı EDU, offering programs on coaching-based leadership, learning agility, leading effective teams, and communication. He leads projects with some of Türkiye’s top organizations, focusing on culture assessment, values journeys, team alignment, and strategic development. He continues to coach senior executives via platforms like TopLeader and Lumolead.
He holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a graduate of the Gestalt Coaching Center. He has completed Deep Democracy I, II, and III training programs. Özgür actively supports volunteer projects under YeniBirLider, ICF Global, and ICF Türkiye. He is one of the founding members of the Montessori Association of Türkiye, a member of the Istanbul Project Management Association, and serves on the executive board of INAN (Inclusion Awareness Network).
He began his career in the communications and creative agency world, co-founding SODA Istanbul, and has led creative projects for numerous national and international brands.
A passionate writer and lifelong learner, Özgür regularly publishes content on Substack and Medium, and his essays on music, cinema, and culture are featured in national media. Through Paramita Publishing, he contributes to making high-quality leadership and coaching resources accessible in Turkish.
He enjoys traveling, photography, and playing guitar, and is especially fond ofexploring with a camper van. He is a father of two and offers coaching, facilitation, and training services in both Turkish and English.
